Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is RotoPass, exactly?
A: Basically, think of it as a fantasy sports portal to all of the top fantasy football season long information on the Web. By purchasing a RotoPass subscription, you get full access to FootballGuys.com Season Long Pro subscription, all season long analysis and tools on Rotowire.com, ESPN Insider, RotoViz season long content and apps and RosterWatch. Please not, while there is some DFS content and tools on a few sites (like ESPN Insider), this is a site focused on season long fantasy football. Access to most of the sites here only includes access to their season long content and NOT their DFS content or the FootballGuys/Rotowire mobile apps (the apps aren't included in standalone subscriptions to those sites either).

Q: What are the RotoPass subscription terms and prices?
A: It's just one subscription. Super easy. $74.95 for the entire football season. It starts the second you sign up and is over the day after the Super Bowl. That's the only current subscription term and price we offer.

Q: I already subscribe to one or more of the RotoPass Roster sites. Do I get a discount towards my RotoPass subscription?
A: Only with FootballGuys (see below). The margins are already razor thin because we are offering the sites at so far below what they usually get, so there's no way to really discount it beyond what we already have. But think of it this way: The total value of all the sites combined is over $250. And no site in RotoPass costs more than $50. So, even if you upgraded ten seconds after you bought a subscription to one of our sites you'd still be getting over $200 worth of value for $74.95. Still a great deal.

However, with FootballGuys.com, they will apply an extra year to your FootballGuys subscription. Note - this is for the FootballGuys Insider Pro subscription (the one that has all their season long content) and NOT their Insider Pro Plus subscription that includes the DFS content.

For other sites, email us at support@rotopass.com and we will do our best to see if something can be worked out.

Q: When does "the clock" start?
A: The day you purchase the Pass your subscription term commences. Your Pass and access to the RotoPass Roster sites will last from that day until the day after the Super Bowl.

Q: How can I buy a RotoPass subscription?
A: CLICK HERE to go to the Join Now page. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Our site meets both Verisign's and our payment gateway's rigorous security protocols.

Q: How do I access the RotoPass Roster sites?
A: Once you purchase a RotoPass subscription, login to RotoPass.com with your email address (that's your "username") and the password you created when signing up. You will be taken to a page, ("the RotoPass Roster") that has links to all of the partner sites.

Click on whatever site you want to visit. A new window will open up and you will be logged into that site already, "past" that site's security / login page. Read and download whatever you want. When you are done, close the window. You will still be logged into RotoPass and may click over to any site you want. Super easy.

Q: Can I just go to one of those sites directly?
A: Yes, except for RotoViz. You'll have to login at RotoPass.com then click over to them. Those sites by themselves won't recognize your email address and password - they recognize the RotoPass subscription. But you'll be able to keep yourself constantly logged into RotoPass - and you'll have the links page up and ready to go.

Q: Is there additional content or tools that you would get by subscribing to these sites individually as opposed to getting a subscription to all these sites from RotoPass.com? In other words, is the RotoPass.com version of a website subscription the same as a "normal" or regular subscription to each website?
A: It's all the same. You get the same access to every single piece of online and email content, news, analysis, subscriber contests, ask an expert features, etc to all the sites in RotoPass that someone who subscribed to the individual site would get.

There are two exceptions to this:

One, FootballOutsiders has created a special, specific package for RotoPass subscribers that focuses on everything you'd want from their site for season long fantasy play. There are other features on FO that are not included in your RotoPass subscription. Please check the FootballOutsiders information on the front page (click "learn more") for specifics.

Also, as noted above, this is a season long site. As a result, the DFS tools and content on FootballGuys, Rotowire and RotoViz are NOT included in a RotoPass subscription. (They also aren't offered to their customers as part of their season long packages. So you're getting the same as their season long customers. They are offered for an additional price and you can purchase access to them on the individual sites).

There are some DFS tools and content on ESPN Insider and RosterWatch, but if you are interested in DFS, I suggest you subscribe to RotoPassDaily.com, available by September 2018.

Q: I'm not happy for some reason. Can I get a refund?
A: Sorry, but no. You see, the information within these sites is very valuable and provides a significant edge for fantasy sports but with a very specific shelf life. (Pre draft ranks are useless after your draft, for example). Based on this fact and per the policies of some of our partner sites, we are forced to have a NO REFUND POLICY! Thanks for understanding.

Q: Will you be adding other sites?
A: Maybe. You never know. Right now, we have such an amazing and robust content offering that we don't feel we need another site. Everything you could possibly need or want plus like 100 things you haven't even realized you need are all here. That said, if there is a way to enhance the RotoPass offering, we are always happy to listen.

Q: I play a bunch of other fantasy sports - like NBA, NHL, Golf, NASCAR, fantasy soccer, college football and college basketball. Will I be able to access the non-football parts of Rotowire and ESPN Insider or am I just stuck with football?
A: You get full access to everything in a Rotowire SEASON LONG and ESPN Insider subscription. For Rotowire, it does NOT include DFS tools or content but you will get access to their customizable season long news, analysis draft kits and tools for NBA, NHL, PGA, NASCAR, and other sports.

Also worth noting that the FootballGuys and Rotowire mobile apps are not included either - those may be purchased separately. But they are a separate purchase for FootballGuys and Rotowire subscribers as well - it's not something specific to RotoPass.

There are no restrictions on ESPN Insider. You get everything an ESPN Insider gets.

Q: I can't access the Rotowire Draft Software. Or, the Rotowire Draft Software is asking for a username and password and I'm already logged in through RotoPass. Help!
A: Sometimes Rotowire's Draft Software doesn't recognize RotoPass user names. It's not a big deal and an easy fix. Just click on the "forgot password" link and your specific Rotowire user name and password will be emailed to you instantly. Use that user name and password to login to Rotowire and the Rotowire Draft Software. If you don't receive it or need further assistance, please contact Rotowire directly at support@rotowire.com or call them at 888-201-3057. Their customer service team is terrific.

Q: How do I get the Rotowire Apps?
A: The Rotowire mobile apps are not included in a RotoPass subscription. They may be purchased separately. But they are a separate purchase for Rotowire subscribers as well - so it's not something specific to RotoPass.

Q: ESPN Insider is asking me for a code and I don't have a code. Or I lost it. Or I don't know what they are talking about.
A: You should have gotten a welcome email when you signed up for RotoPass that included your ESPN Insider coupon code. So check your spam folder if you didn't get one. Otherwise, the code is at the end of the URL when you click over to ESPN from the RotoPass homepage. If you still need help, email support@rotopass.com.

Q: I forgot my password - I changed my e-mail address - I can't login - the links don't work - something you haven't even thought of is happening to my computer / tablet / phone...
A: Email our customer support center at support@rotopass.com! Janet will take care of you and any problems that may arise. Your problem is our problem.

Q: Is there a limit to how many times I can go to a RotoPass Roster site or download a draft kit or anything like that?
A: Nope. Have at it. All access is all access. We're your ticket to domination!

Q: What about my personal information? Am I gonna get spammed to death?
A: Nope. Your information stays with us and in some cases the RotoPass Roster sites also. Review our Privacy Policy for all the details.

Q: Will my e-mail address and password work from any computer?
A: Yes. You can access your RotoPass account from anywhere in the world. But, if you login while in New York and two hours later, login from Hawaii, we'll take a long look at that. We also monitor accounts that frequently have multiple users logged into the same account. This activity is against our policy and we reserve the right to cancel your subscription. Besides, why the heck would you be sharing the most premium fantasy information with your competitors?

Q: Do you offer any free trials or free samples? What about a money back guarantee or a refund if I don't like it?
A: Unfortunately, the information within these sites is so valuable and also has a specific shelf life (you download ranks, you draft, you no longer need the ranks) that we can not offer that. We've had too many bad apples in the past sign up, read the articles, download ranks or projections and then demand a refund. It's not like someone can prove you aren't using the material, you know? So you'll have to take my word for it that it's worth $0.39 a day. And know that once you buy, you own. Thanks for your understanding.

Q: Do I get access to everything on Football Guys?
A: Yes, in terms of their Season Long Pro subscription. You get the same access to the package via RotoPass as you would if you just went to FootballGuys and subscribed to their Season Long Pro subscription.

However, you should know that FootballGuys offers a more expensive package called DFS Pro that includes all of their DFS content. This is NOT included with your RotoPass subscription. So... season long FootballGuys - you get everything. FootballGuys DFS content is extra and not included.

Also worth noting that the FootballGuys mobile apps are not included either - those may be purchased separately. But they are a separate purchase for FootballGuys subscribers as well - it's not something specific to RotoPass.

Q: RotoPass rules! I'd love my site to join RotoPass. And I'd love to advertise on RotoPass. And I'd love to put a RotoPass banner on my site and get money for every subscription I sell. How does my site get involved?
A: E-mail support@rotopass.com with your inquiry and a member of the RotoPass team will contact you.

Q: RotoPass is so awesome... I also want my friends and loved ones to Dominate... can I purchase a gift subscription?
A: Absolutely. RotoPass is the gift that keeps on giving. Just select that option when purchasing the subscription.

Q: Wasn't there a year long, multi-sport version of RotoPass?
A: Yes. RotoPass has been around in some form or another since 2004. But for a variety of reasons, some boring, some we can't talk about it, some that would require me to talk poorly about another site (which I am not in the business of doing)...it no longer exists. Bottom line, I am VERY EXCITED about this roster of sites. They are the best sites in the industry and you've never heard me say that before. The old RotoPass site didn't have my picture on it, name or anything. This one does, because I am THAT proud of this collection of content and tools.

Q: Will there be a DFS only version of RotoPass?
A: Yep, coming soon! Starting in September 2018, RotoPassDaily.com will be helping you win DFS in all sports for cheaper than it would cost to purchase all the sites separately.

Q: This is the best thing to happen to fantasy sports since the Internet, isn't it?
A: Yeah, it kinda is.
