Q: What is RotoPass, exactly?
A: Basically, think of it as a fantasy sports portal to all of the top fantasy information on the Web. By purchasing a RotoPass subscription, you get full access to FootballGuys.com Insider Pro subscription, Rotowire.com, ESPN Insider, RotoViz, RosterWatch plus free money and an account to play at FanDuel.com, a free entry to a DRAFT Best Ball league (a $10 value with a chance to win over $100 in prizes), the ability to use SquadQL season long tool for two different leagues and access to the basic package on Fantasy Insiders, which includes their weekly rankings, their cheat sheets, their Vegas tool and their DFS Depth Chart Tool for both NFL and CFB.
Q: What are the RotoPass subscription terms and prices?
A: It's just one subscription. Super easy. $69.95 for the entire football season. It starts the second you sign up and is over the day after the Super Bowl. That's the only current subscription term and price we offer.
Q: I already subscribe to one or more of the RotoPass Roster sites. Do I get a discount towards my
A: Only with ESPN Insider or FootballGuys (see below). The margins are already razor thin because we are offering the sites at so far below what they usually get, so there's no way to really discount it beyond what we already have. But think of it this way: The total value of all the sites combined is over $250. And no site in RotoPass costs more than $50. So, even if you upgraded ten seconds after you bought a subscription to one of our sites you'd still be getting over $200 worth of value for $69.95. Still a great deal.
However, if you are already a member of ESPN Insider, you can either call ESPN and ask for refund of the unused portion of your Insider account or you can redeem your 12 month ESPN Insider coupon code you get with RotoPass when your current Insider subscription expires.
With FootballGuys.com, they will apply an extra year to your FootballGuys subscription. Note - this is for the FootballGuys Insider Pro subscription (the one that has all their season long content) and NOT their Insider Pro Plus subscription that includes the DFS content.
Q: When does "the clock" start?
A: The day you purchase the Pass your subscription term commences. Your Pass and access to the RotoPass Roster sites will last from that day until the day after the Super Bowl.
Q: How can I buy a RotoPass subscription?
A: CLICK HERE to go to the Join Now page. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Our site meets both Verisign's and our payment gateway's rigorous security protocols.
Q: How do I access the RotoPass Roster sites?
A: Once you purchase a RotoPass subscription, login to RotoPass.com with your email address (that's your "username") and the password you created when signing up. You will be taken to a page, ("the RotoPass Roster") that has links to all of the partner sites.
Click on whatever site you want to visit. A new window will open up and you will be logged into that site already, "past" that site's security / login page. Read and download whatever you want. When you are done, close the window. You will still be logged into RotoPass and may click over to any site you want. Super easy.
Q: Can I just go to one of those sites directly?
A: Yes, except for RotoViz and FantasyInsiders. You'll have to login at RotoPass.com then click over to them. Those sites by themselves won't recognize your email address and password - they recognize the RotoPass subscription. But you'll be able to keep yourself constantly logged into RotoPass - and you'll have the links page up and ready to go.
Q: Is there additional content or tools that you would get by subscribing to these sites individually
as opposed to getting a subscription to all these sites from RotoPass.com? In other words, is the RotoPass.com
version of a website subscription the same as a "normal" or regular subscription to each
A: It's all the same. You get the same access to every single piece of online and email content, news, analysis, subscriber contests, ask an expert features, etc to all the sites in RotoPass that someone who subscribed to the individual site would get.
The only exception to this is FantasyInsiders. With FantasyInsiders, you only get access to their Basic Package, which includes their weekly rankings, their cheat sheets, their Vegas Tool, their DFS Depth Chart. This is for both NFL and College Football. But they do offer deluxe and platinum packages as well.
But for clarity sake, it's worth noting that a RotoPass subscription includes access to FootballGuys Insider Pro subscription. This is their season long package. FootballGuys does offer a more expensive package called Insider Pro Plus that has their DFS content and tools. RotoPass does NOT get you access to the DFS portion of FootballGuys.
But yes, a RotoPass subscriber DOES get everything in FootballGuys Insider Pro package, the exact same as if you subscribed to just FootballGuys Insider Pro as a stand alone subscription.
And certainly, if you play DFS, FantasyInsiders, Rotowire, RotoViz, RosterWatch and ESPN Insider all have line-up generators, analysis and tools to help you, so we feel you will be well covered.
Q: I'm already a member of FanDuel. Do I still get $10 credited in my account? Or I've never played
on FanDuel before. Do I have to sign up or anything?
A: As a subscriber to RotoPass, all eligible subscribers (based on age and where you live) get a credit of $10 at FanDuel. Period. If you are an existing member, you get an additional $10 added to your account. If you have never played, you'll have an automatic account created for you with your RotoPass email and password. This account will have $10 in it. You must, however, redeem this offer within 30 days of purchasing RotoPass or by September 30, 2017, whichever is later.
Q: I'm not happy for some reason. Can I get a refund?
A: Sorry, but no. You see, the information within these sites is very valuable and provides a significant edge for fantasy sports but with a very specific shelf life. (Pre draft ranks are useless after your draft, for example). Based on this fact and per the policies of some of our partner sites, we are forced to have a NO REFUND POLICY! Thanks for understanding.
Q: Will you be adding other sites?
A: Maybe. You never know. Right now, we have such an amazing and robust content offering that we don't feel we need another site. Everything you could possibly need or want plus like 100 things you haven't even realized you need are all here. That said, if there is a way to enhance the RotoPass offering, we are always happy to listen.
Q: I play a bunch of other fantasy sports - like NBA, NHL, Golf, NASCAR, fantasy soccer, college
football and college basketball. Will I be able to access the non-football parts of Rotowire and ESPN Insider
or am I just stuck with football?
A: You get full access to everything in a Rotowire and ESPN Insider subscription. You'll get access to their customizable NBA and NHL fantasy cheat sheets and auction values and NBA & NHL draft kits if you are gearing up for a NBA or NHL draft or auction.
So YES - if you play other sports, Rotowire and ESPN Insider will be very helpful in all of these sports and you have unlimited access to all of them.
Q: I can't access the Rotowire Draft Software. Or, the Rotowire Draft Software is asking for a
username and password and I'm already logged in through RotoPass. Help!
A: Sometimes Rotowire's Draft Software doesn't recognize RotoPass user names. It's not a big deal and an easy fix. Just click on the "forgot password" link and your specific Rotowire user name and password will be emailed to you instantly. Use that user name and password to login to Rotowire and the Rotowire Draft Software. If you don't receive it or need further assistance, please contact Rotowire directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or call them at 888-201-3057. Their customer service team is terrific.
Q: ESPN Insider is asking me for a code and I don't have a code. Or I lost it. Or I don't know what
they are talking about.
A: You should have gotten a welcome email when you signed up for RotoPass that included your ESPN Insider coupon code. So check your spam folder if you didn't get one. Otherwise, the code is at the end of the URL when you click over to ESPN from the RotoPass homepage. If you still need help, email email@example.com.
Q: I forgot my password - I changed my e-mail address - I can't login - the links don't work -
something you haven't even thought of is happening to my computer / tablet / phone...
A: Email our customer support center at firstname.lastname@example.org! Janet will take care of you and any problems that may arise. Your problem is our problem.
Q: Is there a limit to how many times I can go to a RotoPass Roster site or download a draft kit or
anything like that?
A: Nope. Have at it. All access is all access. We're your ticket to domination!
Q: What about my personal information? Am I gonna get spammed to death?
Q: Will my e-mail address and password work from any computer?
A: Yes. You can access your RotoPass account from anywhere in the world. But, if you login while in New York and two hours later, login from Hawaii, we'll take a long look at that. We also monitor accounts that frequently have multiple users logged into the same account. This activity is highly discouraged and may put your RotoPass account at risk... besides, why the heck would you be sharing the most premium fantasy information with your competitors?
Q: Do you offer any free trials or free samples? What about a money back guarantee or a refund if I
don't like it?
A: Unfortunately, the information within these sites is so valuable and also has a specific shelf life (you download ranks, you draft, you no longer need the ranks) that we can not offer that. We've had too many bad apples in the past sign up, read the articles, download ranks or projections and then demand a refund. It's not like someone can prove you aren't using the material, you know? So you'll have to take my word for it that it's worth $0.39 a day. And know that once you buy, you own. Thanks for your understanding.
Q: I'm already a paid member of ESPN Insider. I clicked over from ESPN and it does not show a
discounted price for a RotoPass subscription. What's the deal?
A: If you are already a member of ESPN Insider, you can either call ESPN and ask for refund of the unused portion of your Insider account or the 12 month subscription you get with RotoPass (you get a coupon code with your subscription) can be applied at the end of your current Insider subscription.
Q: Do I get access to everything on Football Guys?
A: Yes, in terms of their Insider Pro subscription. You get the same access to the package via RotoPass as you would if you just went to FootballGuys and subscribed to their Insider Pro subscription.
However, you should know that FootballGuys offers a more expensive package called Insider Pro Plus that includes all of their DFS content. This is NOT included with your RotoPass subscription. So... season long FootballGuys - you get everything. FootballGuys DFS content is extra and not included. Also worth noting that the FootballGuys mobile apps are not included either - those may be purchased separately. But they are a separate purchase for FootballGuys subscribers as well - it's not something specific to RotoPass.
Q: What's the difference between FootballGuys Insider Pro and FootballGuys Insider Pro
A: DFS content and tools. That's it. The Insider Pro subscription is all the great season long content, analysis, tools and rankings you've come to love. But there is no DFS content. The Insider Pro Plus package includes their DFS tools and content. But between the robust DFS content, tools, ranks, value plays and lineup generators on Rotowire, RotoViz, RosterWatch and ESPN Insider along with FantasyInsiders (they are DEDICATED to DFS play - that's all they do) we feel if you play daily, you'll be very well covered by RotoPass.
Q: Um, what's a "Best Ball" league? What exactly am I getting with DRAFT?
A: A "Best Ball" league is super fun and easy to do. It's basically like any normal draft you would do for a fantasy league, with one twist. Once you're done with the draft, you're done. No other moves to make. No trades, no waiver moves, no line-up setting, nothing. You will be in a league with others and every week, after the NFL games are over, the best possible lineup for you will be set. As it will for every other team in the league - and then you see who has the best team. So with that in mind, you want more home run hitters than consistent week in, week out guys. You'll want multiple defenses and kickers. It's a different strategy but it's a blast and an easy way to win money!
NOTE: To redeem this offer, you must be 18 years of age and not located in Arizona, Iowa, Missouri, Louisiana, Washington, Indiana, Delaware, Idaho, Virginia, Tennessee, Montana, Nevada, Hawaii, Texas, Alabama, or anywhere outside of the US or Canada.
Q: RotoPass rules! I'd love my site to join RotoPass. And I'd love to advertise on RotoPass. And I'd
love to put a RotoPass banner on my site and get money for every subscription I sell. How does my site get
A: E-mail email@example.com with your inquiry and a member of the RotoPass team will contact you.
Q: RotoPass is so awesome... I also want my friends and loved ones to Dominate... can I purchase a
A: Absolutely. RotoPass is the gift that keeps on giving. Just select that option when purchasing the subscription.
Q: I'm having trouble accessing ESPN Insider and/or signing up to ESPN the Magazine
A: You should have gotten a code for redeeming your ESPN Insider account in your welcome email. Copy and paste that link and go through the steps. You will need to register for ESPN if you have not done so before. It's short, painless and free to sign up. If you still are having trouble or lost your code or something, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: I'm having trouble accessing some of the articles on Fantasy Insiders. Do I get full access to
Fantasy Insiders with my RotoPass subscription?
A: No. RotoPass members have access to the Fantasy Insiders Basic Package for NFL and CFB. This includes their Weekly Rankings ; Cheat Sheets ; Vegas Tool ; DFS Depth Chart Tool.
The articles are not included in the basic package available through Rotopass but you can purchase an upgraded membership from Fantasy Insiders if interested.
Q: Wasn't there a year long, multi-sport version of RotoPass?
A: Yes. RotoPass has been around in some form or another since 2004. But for a variety of reasons, some boring, some we can't talk about it, some that would require me to talk poorly about another site (which I am not in the business of doing)...it no longer exists. Bottom line, I am VERY EXCITED about this roster of sites. They are the best sites in the industry and you've never heard me say that before. The old RotoPass site didn't have my picture on it, name or anything. This was does, because I am THAT proud of this collection of content and tools.
Q: Will there be a baseball only version of RotoPass?
A: There already is, my friend. Helping you win daily and season long fantasy baseball, you can learn more at RotoPassBaseball.com.
Q: This is the best thing to happen to fantasy sports since the Internet, isn't it?
A: Yeah, it kinda is.
