What is RotoPass, exactly?

What are the RotoPass subscription terms and prices?

I already subscribe to one or more of the RotoPass Roster sites. Do I get a discount towards my RotoPass subscription?

When does "the clock" start?

How can I buy a RotoPass subscription?

I don't care if RotoPass is 150% certified secure. I don't give out my credit card information online. Is there another way to purchase RotoPass?

How do I access the RotoPass Roster sites?

Can I just go to one of those sites directly?

Is there additional content or tools that you would get by subscribing to these sites individually as opposed to getting a subscription to all these sites from RotoPass.com? In other words, is the RotoPass.com version of a website subscription the same as a normal subscription to each website?

I only play one sport. Can I only get access to the football or baseball sites and pay less?

Will you be adding other sites?

I play a bunch of other fantasy sports - like NBA, NHL, Golf, Nascar and other fantasy soccer, college football and basketball. Do you have sites that give information for those sports?

I forgot my password - I changed my e-mail address - I can't login - the links don't work - something you haven't even thought of is happening to my computer...Fas

Is there a limit to how many times I can go to a RotoPass Roster site or download a draft kit or anything like that?

What about my personal information? Am I gonna get spammed to death?

Will my e-mail address and password work from any computer?

Do you offer any free trials or free samples?

RotoPass rules! I'd love my site to join RotoPass. And I'd love to advertise on RotoPass. And I'd love to put a RotoPass banner on my site and get money for every subscription I sell. How does my site get involved?

RotoPass is so awesome... I also want my friends and loved ones to Dominate... can I purchase a gift subscription?

I'm having trouble accessing ESPN Insider and/or signing up to ESPN the Magazine

I'm already a paid member of ESPN Insider. I clicked over from ESPN and it does not show a discounted price for a RotoPass subscription. What's the deal?

This is the best thing to happen to fantasy sports since the Internet, isn't it?

Q: What is RotoPass, exactly?

A: Basically, think of it as a fantasy sports portal to all of the top fantasy information on the Web. By purchasing a RotoPass subscription, you get full access to every site on the RotoPass Roster: BaseballHQ.com, TheHuddle.com, MockDraftCentral.com, Rotowire.com, ESPN Insider and the award winning Draft Analyzer for football and baseball.
Q: What are the RotoPass subscription terms and prices?

A: We offer three different subscription packages - three-month, six-month and twelve-month. The three-month Pass is $69.99 and is the best selection for those that just want all the pre-season information, injury reports, customizable tools for your league's rules, draft kits, draft strategy, etc. The six-month Pass basically covers a full season for any given sport and costs $99.99. This plan is best suited for the one sport fantasy player. And finally, our best value, the twelve-month Pass for $149.99. If you're an addict and play multiple sports, this was designed for you and is an incredible deal.
Q: I already subscribe to one or more of the RotoPass Roster sites. Do I get a discount towards my RotoPass subscription?

A: You bet. We offer BIG discounts to current subscribers of the RotoPass Roster sites... so you don't have to pay for the same content twice. Essentially you get credit towards your RotoPass purchase in the amount of the remaining value of your unused subscription at any one of our partner sites. To qualify for the discount be sure to click on a RotoPass banner on the site you subscribe to that's part of the Pass, click Join Now when on RotoPass, select your subscription and enter the email address associated with your account on the site you click over from, click Next. You will be presented with your discounted purchase price. You won't be paying full price for any of the RotoPass subscriptions, rather a special upgrade price. Unfortunately, we cannot give higher discounts if you are a already a member of multiple sites in the RotoPass Roster.
Q: When does "the clock" start?

A: The day you purchase the Pass your subscription term commences. Your Pass and access to the RotoPass Roster sites will last three, six or twelve months to the day.
Q: How can I buy a RotoPass subscription?

A: Click here to go to the Join Now page. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express . Our site meets Verisign's and our payment gateway's rigorous security protocols.
Q: I don't care if RotoPass is 150% certified online secure. I don't give out my credit card information online. Is there another way to purchase RotoPass?

A: Yes, you may email support@rotopass.com and a representative will get back with you to take your order over the phone. Be sure to include your phone number in the email.
Q: How do I access the RotoPass Roster sites?

A: Once you purchase a RotoPass subscription, login to RotoPass.com with your email address (that's your "username") and your password you created when signing up. You will be taken to a page, the RotoPass Roster, that has links to all of the partner sites. Click on whatever site you want to visit. A new window will open up and you will be logged into that site already, "past" that site's security / login page. Read and download whatever you want. When you are done, close the window. You will still be logged into RotoPass and may click over to any site you want. Super easy.
Q: Can I just go to one of those sites directly?

A: No. You'll have to login at RotoPass.com then click over to the partner sites. The sites by themselves won't recognize your email address and password - they recognize the RotoPass subscription. But you'll be able to keep yourself constantly logged into RotoPass - and you'll have the links page up and ready to go.
Q: Is there additional content or tools that you would get by subscribing to these sites individually as opposed to getting a subscription to all these sites from RotoPass.com? In other words, is the RotoPass.com version of a website subscription the same as a normal subscription to each website?

A: It's all the same. You get access to every single piece of online and email content, news, analysis, etc the individual site subscribers get.
Q: I only play one sport. Can I only get access to the football or baseball sites and pay less?

A: No. We are working on a version of RotoPass that will be menu style, where you can pick the sites you want, but until that time, the Pass is "as is". Several of the site in the Pass - Rotowire, ESPN, and MockDraft Central - offer news and analysis for multiple sports. The idea behind RotoPass is to make it uniform and as easy and user friendly as possible. When you subscribe to RotoPass, you get FULL access to every site for all sports covered.

If you only play one sport, the 6-month $99.99 package is probably best for you - it'll last long enough to basically get through the season and playoffs without having to pay more for fantasy content you don't need.
Q: Will you be adding other sites?

A: Yes, we are constantly in search of other sites to add to the RotoPass Roster. Understand, however, that the RotoPass philosophy is quality, NOT quantity. We will only add a site if it meets the high standards of our criteria.
Q: I play a bunch of other fantasy sports - like NBA, NHL, Golf, Nascar and other fantasy soccer, college football and basketball. Do you have sites that give information for those sports?

A: Yes, collectively, Rotowire, ESPN.com and MockDraftCentral will be very helpful in all of these sports. Between them, you will get updated, customizable draft kits, player news, strategy articles and statistical analysis. And again, we are always looking to add more quality sites to cover more sports.

Q: I forgot my password - I changed my e-mail address - I can't login - the links don't work - something you haven't even thought of is happening to my computer...

A: Email our customer support center at support@rotopass.com! A representative will take care of you and any problems that may arise. Your problem is our problem.

Q: Is there a limit to how many times I can go to a RotoPass Roster site or download a draft kit or anything like that?

A: Nope. Have at it. All access is all access. We're your ticket to domination!

Q: What about my personal information? Am I gonna get spammed to death?

A: Nope. Your information stays with us and in some cases the RotoPass Roster sites also. Review our Privacy Policy for all the details.

Q: Will my e-mail address and password work from any computer?

A: Yes. You can access your RotoPass account from anywhere in the world. But, if you login while in New York and two hours later, login from Hawaii, we'll take a long look at that. We also monitor accounts that frequently have multiple users logged into the same account. This activity is highly discouraged and may put your RotoPass account at risk... besides, why the heck would you be sharing the most premium fantasy information with your competitors?

Q: Do you offer any free trials or free samples?

A: Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial. However, at certain times of the year... mostly around draft time... the free trial offer is suspended. Keep in mind all of our sites offer sample content for review. You can access the sample content on the on the Home page (each site has a link at the bottom of their description) or the RotoPass Sample Content page.

Q: RotoPass rules! I'd love my site to join RotoPass. And I'd love to advertise on RotoPass. And I'd love to put a RotoPass banner on my site and get money for every subscription I sell. How does my site get involved?

A: E-mail support@rotopass.com with your inquiry and a member of the RotoPass team will contact you.

Q: RotoPass is so awesome... I also want my friends and loved ones to Dominate... can I purchase a gift subscription?

A: Absolutely. RotoPass is the gift that keeps on giving. Just select that option when purchasing the subscription.

Q: I'm having trouble accessing ESPN Insider and/or signing up to ESPN the Magazine

A: After signing into ESPN, go to your Rotopass home page and click on the link. It should prompt you to sign up for Mag and Insider access through your Rotopass account.

A: I'm already a paid member of ESPN Insider. I clicked over from ESPN and it does not show a discounted price for a RotoPass subscription. What's the deal?

A: The ESPN Insider time that you get with Rotopass will be added to the end of your current term.

Q: This is the best thing to happen to fantasy sports since the Internet, isn't it?

A: Yeah, it kinda is.
